1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Lebotha. mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is a private, invite-only platform intended for secure communication and professional showcasing.

2. Access and Accounts

Guest Access: Access to the App for non-administrators is granted exclusively via a unique invite code or QR code generated by the administrator. This access is temporary and may be revoked or expire at any time without prior notice.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your invite code or login credentials. Biometric authentication (if enabled) is handled locally on your device; we do not store your biometric data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to send spam, abusive, or malicious messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the App's security protocols.
• Share your unique invite code with unauthorized third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, architecture, and source code within the App—including the Timeline updates, media, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Robby Lebotha. You may not distribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of any materials found within the App.

5. Termination and Revocation

Because the App operates as a private communication bridge, the Administrator reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke your guest access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon revocation, all temporary data associated with your session may be permanently deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Robby Lebotha makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, uptime, or flawless execution of the App. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, communication failures, or unauthorized device access resulting from your use of the App.
