• Media: Profile pictures uploaded by you.
• Communications: Messages sent via the secure chat interface, including read receipts.
• Device Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens strictly for delivering real-time push notifications.
• Biometric Data (Important): We do not collect or store your biometric data (Face ID/Touch ID) on our servers. This is handled securely and locally on your device's secure enclave.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Authenticate your exclusive guest access or admin login.
• Provide real-time, encrypted chat functionality between you and the administrator.
• Send push notifications alerting you of new messages or timeline updates.
• Manage and display your profile to the administrator for professional context.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is kept strictly confidential within the Lebotha ecosystem. We only share data with essential third-party infrastructure providers required to run the App, such as Firebase (Google) strictly for the purpose of routing push notifications.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

As an invite-only guest system, your access and data may be revoked and deleted at the discretion of the administrator. You may also request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated chat history at any time via the "Delete Account" button within the App's Profile tab.
